A Partner and Director of Human Resources and Administration at Wescott, where she leads the firm’s people, culture, and administrative operations. She is responsible for advancing Wescott’s human capital strategy and overseeing key operational functions, including business operations, facilities management, and enterprise document management across the firm’s offices. Through her leadership, Margie helps ensure that Wescott’s infrastructure, workplace environment, and employee experience support the firm’s long-term growth and client service excellence.
Margie plays an active role in fostering Wescott’s collaborative and values-driven culture. She supports the firm’s Culture & Engagement Team, which promotes inclusion, employee well-being, and meaningful opportunities for connection and community across the organization.
She serves on Wescott’s Management and Finance Committees. As a member of the Management Committee, Margie contributes to firm-wide strategic initiatives spanning talent development, organizational growth, client service excellence, and the continued enhancement of technology and operational capabilities.
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and operational leadership, Margie brings a practical, people-centered approach to organizational management. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is an active member of SHRM and the Philadelphia SHRM chapter.
Margie is deeply committed to community engagement and philanthropy. She coordinates the annual Wescott Financial/Duane Morris holiday gift-giving drive benefiting HopePHL (formerly People’s Emergency Center) and previously served as campaign coordinator for the firm’s United Way campaign. She also served on the board of Discovery Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing social, recreational, and spiritual retreats and outreach programs, where she chaired multiple fundraising initiatives.
Margie resides in Washington Township, New Jersey, and enjoys spending time with her two adult daughters and grandson.
