Teams are non-hierarchical.  We believe fostering a strong, collaborative environment is key in achieving organizational and client goals.  In addition, we encourage weekly check-ins between leaders and team members, and utilize 15Five, our team performance management system, that supports our employees with their professional goals and helps them to become their best selves.
