Leaders in the Community

Creating a Positive Impact in the Communities We Serve

Community

Since 1987, we have sought to improve the places where we live and work by partnering with and giving back to area charities, philanthropic organizations, educational and civic groups. With the support of the firm and our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Program, many of our principals and team members volunteer with, or have active leadership roles in, a number of organizations vital to our local communities.  Some include:

Philadelphia Reads

Donating an hour of their time each week during the school year, Wescott Team Members are proud to partner with the Philadelphia Reads program.  Through reading and engaging with the students, they strive to strengthen the literacy skills of Philadelphia’s youngest and neediest school children. Philadelphia Reads was formed to enhance the literacy experiences of Philadelphia’s students in kindergarten through third grade, ensuring that they will be able to read well and independently. The organization works with individuals, schools, community and faith-based organizations and businesses to provide mentors, resources and advocacy for in-school, after school and summer programs.
