Luisa DeLaTorre is a Client Service Associate for Wescott, overseeing all administrative activities relating to the custodians where client’s financial assets are held. This includes account maintenance and openings, asset transfers and addressing client needs with respect to their accounts. She also supports Wescott’s Senior Financial Advisors with client requests and matters. In addition to her client service and operational responsibilities, Luisa is an active member of Wescott’s Culture & Engagement Team, which promotes a workplace that reflects our shared values by celebrating diversity, supporting personal well-being, and creating opportunities to strengthen the sense of community that makes Wescott a great place to work and grow.
Prior to joining Wescott, Luisa was an executive assistant with the international management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company. She has also held positions as a corporate analyst supervisor with a Miami healthcare facility and worked with organizations in the financial and IT fields.
Fluent in Spanish, Luisa earned her bachelor’s degree in health services administration from Florida International University. Most recently, she received her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™) designation from the College for Financial Planning. Within her community, she is an advocate for the American Cancer Society and Planned Parenthood.
She resides in Miami, Florida with her husband, Carlos, and daughter.
