Kelley D. Smith

Executive Assistant

Kelley Smith is an Executive Assistant with Wescott, providing support to the firm’s Founder and CEO, Director of Human Resources and Administration and Chief Operation Officer.  Her responsibilities include calendar and travel management for Wescott executives’ and supports the day-to-day administrative, operational and client service functions of the Philadelphia office by working collaboratively with the executive team and colleagues on administrative and client service matters.  Kelley plays a key role in the organization and execution of firm-wide projects and initiatives.

Prior to joining Wescott, Kelley was an administrative assistant for the Operations and Finance Offices at the Temple University Hospital’s Episcopal Campus.  There she managed multiple departmental and campus-wide projects for various health system initiatives, coordinated property management tasks and communications and oversaw the calendars and travel plans of the senior management team.

Active in her local community, she is the Co-Founder and Administrator of the Homeless Outreach Coalition (HOC), which serves as an affiliation of homeless advocacy organizations throughout the City of Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs.

Kelley earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University.

She resides in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.
