Christopher Budny is an Assistant Financial Advisor with Wescott. He works with the firm’s senior financial advisors with clients in the core areas of financial planning and investment portfolio development and management. This includes detailed client fact-finding, data analysis, projections, client access to myWescottVault®, and tracking clients’ PerfectScore® analytics to ensure a client’s comprehensive planning has been accomplished.
He serves on the firm’s Portfolio Strategy Group, which oversees the firm’s dynamic investment strategies, ongoing due diligence of Wescott’s investment managers and asset allocation design. Christopher is also active in several professional organizations, including the Financial Planning Association and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors.
Prior to joining Wescott, Christopher was an inheritance consultant with one of the largest international investment management companies. There he was responsible for creating and maintaining rapport with clients throughout the transition process.
Christopher earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from Temple University. While at Temple, he was a lead analyst for the William C. Dunkelberg Owl Fund, a student run investment portfolio managing a portion of the University’s endowment.
He resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
